Im Sophie 27 originally from France and with some Swiss origins. Settled down in oz about five years ago and getting itchy feet again. Got on here after meeting some really nice people through a friend who has been on couch surfing for a little while now. Used air BnB quite a few times now curious about CS as I m a strong believer of "give and take" philosophy :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think it is the best way to come across like minded people and I love the idea that one can meet someone who was a complete stranger a few days earlier and sometimes make that person a very good friend. Again all about sharing :)

Interests

Love reading cinema and music. Can spend hours on each listed simultaneously or not :)
Enjoy cooking and wine ! (Occasional g&t too) going out, conversations, trips to the coast, theatre and ballet and opera...

Love french cinema though I must admit and have a few favourite authors like nick Hornby, James Frey, EE Schmidt..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to think that traveling is first on the list - moving countries in my youngest years is probably what I believe was amazing ! Other than that having been surrounded by amazing people around the world for tfe last 27 years was pretty cool too : brought some cool stories along the way :) involving all sort of places situations & outcomes!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach ? Can just be myself and if someone eve feels like I contributed to their development in any sort of way I would be delighted! Learn? Learn from every single individual that you meet. Overly single thing that you learn. Main thing is to keep the activities and the encounters going !
Share? A bottle of wine, a bit of my tiny apartment (nothing fancy but I try to make it look as homy as I can) around Brisbane,our best stories and hopefully advices on upcoming trips and life in general :)
