Hey friends, I’m Srinidhi 👋 A solo traveler from Udupi (coastal Karnataka), currently wandering around with a backpack and a curious heart. I love exploring places like a local — not just seeing the sights, but really soaking in the vibe, meeting people, and sharing stories along the way.

Over the last 7 months, I’ve been traveling through Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Nepal, mostly by hitchhiking and volunteering. It’s been a beautiful ride — not just the views of mountains and valleys, but the people I met, the chai shared, and the little moments that made me feel at home in so many different places.

Before this trip, I was based in Bangalore, working as an IT Administrator for two years. While there, I was part of the CS community and loved joining local events. Back home, I’ve also trekked across Karnataka to places like Kumara Parvatha, Bandaje, Hampi, Nethravathi, Belur-Halebidu, and more.

Languages I Speak: Kannada, English, Hindi, with a bit of Tamil and Telugu.
Lifestyle: I don’t smoke or drink, and I mostly follow vegetarian food.
Interests: Hiking, trekking, reading, photography (I’m a bit of a shutterbug 📸), and being close to nature.
