About Me

Linguist, feminist and eco-friendly person.

Now I'm working as Russian language assistant in Carcassonne, France. And I adore this town, the french people I meet and teaching my native language.

At the university I studied English and French and conducted the research of the matter of the feminisation of language. So I always ask EVERYBODY on that matter because one day I would definitely continue my research...

I'm passionate about architecture especially constructivism in Russia and Bauhaus in Germany and all over the world. I'm into the contemporary art and always ready to go to the biennial and exhibitions and discuss after. And I always like to share Russian culture.

I am a copywriter in a coffee company so I know quite a lot about specialty coffee and the place I go in a new city is a specialty coffeeshop for sure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like to help people! Any possible way that I can do. I am happy to share my culture. And of course, I want to explore the whole entire world myself and Couchsurfing is a good way to find home and friends in any place of the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Zemfira, Splin, Sansara, Mgzavrebi, Radiohead, Kings of Leon, Joy Division, Brainstorm, Placebo, The Smiths

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I organise poetry evenings where people can share their own poems or poems of their favourite authors with others or sing songs. No competitions, no points, just cozy and poetic atmosphere. People really enjoy it. And I'm glad to find creative and artistic people, gather them together and enjoy all this atmoshere!

And... I would say a silly thing – escaping (from myself and) my favourite city for most of the time last 3 years and trying to be alone when I am such a social person.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A cup of nice coffee brewed with the Aeropress and a nice talk
