Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's always exciting meeting and talking to people that don't share the same culture with you. It's also an excellent money saving way to travel, something that a student that pays for tuition and accommodation desperately needs!!

Interests

I love sports, both watching and playing. I really want to travel as much as possible, of course there is a list involved! In March I am going to the US which is number one in my list! I love walking around in any city but I would rather take the road less travelled. Of course great food and conversation are always welcome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best thing I can remember right now happened around a year ago. I was volunteering in a refugee camp in Greece and we were playing football with some kids. I saw one kid that was sitting in the corner alone and asked why wasn't he playing. He told me he didn't have any shoes, so I gave him my shoes and I played barefoot. I left my shoes with him and he gave me one of his pairs, which was a little small for me so I kept it as a reminder of that day.
