Overview
About Me
Am travelling Oct. 7th to Dec 5th 2024
CURRENT MISSION
To meet people from other cultures and learn more. Also getting ideas for future travels in the World. I try to show my guests my town, and also have time to have a good chat. Therefore I usually prefer guest who asks for minimum 2 nights.
ABOUT ME
Like to travel as much as possible and meet new people, but work takes lot of time. Live in a house in downtown, 10 min walk from train station and 5 min from pedestrian streets. Like to go to theatre, concerts around the town, also to festivals with folk, country and rock. Travelling 12-17 weeks a year, with 6-7 weeks in october and november usually backpacking in a 3rd world country.
PHILOSOPHY
live the life, and see the world

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Have untill now mostly hosted people here in my house. Untill now have surfed one time in Patagonia and 2 times in Europe. Tried more times in Europe, but it seems difficult in popular tourist destinations. But I dont give up!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walking to basecamp of Mount Everest. Running marathons in 4 continents. Travelling illegal from Mexico into Guatemala. Hit by a policecar in Tunesia, survived with all body full of mud, almost arrested and not released until I promised NEVER to tell to any newspaper in the world......but CS is not a newspaper :-)
