We build up barriers to protect ourselves but it really keeps us from experiencing things and connecting with other people. I live my life to learn about the world and create things. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have hosted Twice before and have met several people on a trip that I took out West in the summer of 2013. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've hosted Twice and have met other people on my travels.
Music, Movies, and Books
It is hard to list these items. I go through different phases where I appreciate different forms of Art. Books: Kerouac's "On the road" Ernest Hemmingway's Short Stories The Great Gatsby Movies: All of the Marvel movies. I grew up on Comic Books so it is fun to see them come to life. Fellini's 8 1/2.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Being on the beach in Lake Michigan looking out on a foggy night and just seeing blackness. Seeing the chicago Skyline from Grant Park during the Weezer Show during Lollapalooza.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have extensive knowledge in Graphic Design and Video Production. I have worked in many advertising and production houses. I hope to learn history and language from my hosts. I love hearing stories and telling stories. I also enjoy sharing music with people.
