Hi All,

I guess we all go through life looking for our great thing to do. The thing that we can look back at and be happy with our lives, and importantly to know that we mattered. The more I learn the more I understand I have more to learn. To have been lucky enough to have met so many beautiful souls and to have shared time with them, been inspired by them and inspired in return has been a gift.

I find a lot of travelers looking for answers, inspiration, ways to become fulfilled, a better person, or just find happiness. Maybe ,my great thing is in fact just to help a few do their great thing, or find what they need, or just listen.

I am relaxed and love to take the time to smell a rose, savor a good cup of coffee, read a book in a park... just enjoy life. My ultimate goal is to find the perfect spot in which to eat an ice-cream.

One of my favorite thinkers is Emerson. One of my favorite quotes is:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Happy to open my home to Couch Surfers, spend time to show them around where I live if I have time and to share a few life stories, enjoy some good food and great company.

I have a great time meeting so many cool and interesting people. It is just the best way to enrich your life and hopefully the lives of others. I am not here just to provide free accommodation, I am here to grow and learn.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer low budget European films where the story and characters are more important than the special effects. Some of my favorites include "Emma's Luck" from Germany, "The Italian" from Russia, "The Orphanage" from Spain, "Love&Dance" from Israel and "The Dog Problem" (OK so it is American but I like the story. Scott Cann is a great movie maker!) :)

I hope, given how many I have hosted over the past few years, I understand what makes a good surfer. :)) I am polite, considerate, clean and tidy and I can cook and fix stuff... I have lots of energy and love to learn about people. ;)
