As a child I was playing outside in the sand, when things got mighty-hot in Tsjernobyl..
I felt a nice spring-breeze that was refeshing and warm at the same time...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

as a host: Currently I am still living in an old watermill in the heart of the 'Flemmish Ardens', a very rural region between Ronse, Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and Zottegem. It is nice to share this place with visitors who appreciate this kind of places and are looking for a place to stay. If possible, please do not contact me if you look for a place to stay the same evening on the day you are contacting me.

as a traveller: As a jazz-musician (and Funk/Latin world music) I am often travelling (and playing in) to new places I never have been to. I am often looking for accomodation as well. It would be nice to get to know the place(s) around the tourist traps and meet people who live there for a while allready if possible.. But hey Actually.. all is well!

What I Can Share with Hosts

a couch or sometimes even a room in the farm/ watermill where I am living at (till mid april 2024).
There is quite some room and different places (as a barbecue place) to hang around with friends as well.
If I am free I can spend some time to talk, hang around, show you around or even go to concerts or theater plays I like.
