I've grown up in Gent, Belgium, but have had an international mindset all my life. I've visited most of Europe, and was lucky enough to be able to do two exchange semesters during my higher education, one to small-town Finland, and one to the USA.

After finishing my Master's degree, I got recruited by a semiconductor company here in Oslo, and so decided to pack my stuff and leave the comfort of my parents' home. I miss Belgium (and still go back for a weekend about once a month), but could not imagine a better place to live then here in Norway.

Traveling! (but I guess I share that with 99% of the people on here)

In my spare time, I often go running, hiking, or any other outdoor activity. Other than that, I also like to sing (and am a huge fan of any Disney soundtrack!), which I have been doing in multiple choirs over the past decade. If there's some more time left over, then I'll start thinking about playing a video game.

I don't really watch that much TV (I mostly use it to play Xbox), but as far as my movie taste goes, I have a preference for both musical movies and brainless Hollywood action.
My music taste is all over the place, but it needs to meet certain criteria: a good hook, good vocals (to sing along to), and a nice theme. Then, anything goes :)

Haven't really had time to finish a lot of books lately, but I've been 'stuck' in the Young Adult genre for a while now... Guess I just don't want to grow up :)

Doing volunteer work in the Grand Canyon for two months with an international crew was definitely one of the best experiences in my life so far!
