About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To expand my consciousness and sooth my nervous system.

ABOUT ME

I live on a little organic farm, within a wonderful unintentional community with a market garden, 4 ducks and lots of cats. On the edge of a Welsh village nestled into the Black Mountains.

I follow the Cetic Calandar and celebrate all that nature is. A tree hugging hippy :)

Exploring my role as a holistic therapist, after a winding path to find my modalities.

PHILOSOPHY

I like Ghandi's
'Be the change you want to see in the world'
so I'm working on that!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet lovely people :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Moscow and Almaty, wonderful people, wonderful couches! An amazing introduction to Couchsurfing.
Hong Kong and a lovely kooky host, many interesting conversations. And a few

Yoga (when I can be bothered)
Gardening

Music, Movies, and Books

I grew up in Bristol so Drum and Base, and Psytrance. I love reggae and all it's forms. Country and Western (got to love Dolly) and anything from the 60's and 70's, Mowtown especially. I also like Jazz, Indie, sometimes even Classical. etc. etc.

My favourite book, Lady Chatterley's Lover. Also love The Tao of Pooh and His Dark Materials.

Movies, anything by Miyazaki. Howl's Moving Castle is my favourite.
And lots of other ones of course.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Randomly finding 2000 hippies marching in the streets of Prague against the government's big brother plans for the internet, playing lots of loud drum and base.

Zip-wireing and trekking through the jungles of Laos with one of my best friends.

Bathing in a natural hot water spring in the mountains around Lake Issyk Kul while travelling in Kyrgyzstan.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Malaysia, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Romania, Russian Federation, Spain, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, France, New Zealand, Thailand, United Kingdom
