Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I enjoy hosting English speakers. I can show you e.g. our Burabay National Park, which is something you must see while travelling in Kazakhstan. Anyway we can meet up , eat out somewhere, and I can provide you an overnight stop. Weekends are preferrable, but if you can only arrive on a workday, sometimes it's not a problem (Depends on my workload. Anyway, i'm actually a freelancer, so my schedule is rather flexible).

One Amazing Thing I've Done
nothing real amazing, i just remember some extreme situations: 1. i once got lost at night in an unfamiliar town, being given wrong directions. 2. i once had to stay for a transfer at night at a station in an unfamiliar city and was interrogated by cops that, for reason unknown, suspected me to be a criminal, lol. 3. i once, being a student, took a bit too much, suddenly fell asleep in an intercity bus, missed the stop at my village, and was eventually woken up by one of the drivers in a completely empty bus that was on its way to bus garage after it arrived at its final destination - an unfamiliar city some 250 km away from where I should have gotten off.
