I grew up near Baltimore and moved here since starting college for chemistry. I currently sell laboratory equipment and give pedicab tours in DC for work. In my free time I like biking around Baltimore, going out to dance events, and spending time with my friends, many from the burner, kink and couch surfing community.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A few of my partners and friends have recently opened my eyes to the joys of travel and the amazing community of couch surfers. I look forward to making as many of my dreams of traveling Europe and Asia a reality. I am sure that with the help and guidance of couch surfers it will be possible for me to travel more and find the most experiences that pertain to my interests. I would like to share the experiences I enjoy most in Baltimore with those that visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite types of music are classic rock, rock, funk, metal, down tempo EDM, and break dance music.

I enjoy all kinds of movies, especially quirky comedies such as Wes Anderson films. Psychological thrillers and action movies are also often fun to watch. Even the most poorly done movies can be fun to crack jokes at.

I haven't met too many books that I didn't liked, although admittedly I have mostly read text books in the last 10 years of my life. Aside from this I have really enjoyed Orson Scott Card and Ray Bradbury's writing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have managed to inspire my regional burning man theme camp members to have a shirt printed with a graphic of my face on it!

I always enjoy sharing my technical knowledge, about my hobbies and learning about new things from others. I look forward to providing novel and enjoyable experiences when accepting guests and I hope to gain the same in my travels as well as gain a more worldly perspective.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think it is important to be understanding of a hosts situation when they are accommodating me and make sure I inconvenience them or their room mates as little as possible during my stay. I am a very outgoing person and enjoy providing lively conversation, but I can keep to my self when a host is busy. I enjoy cooking for others and sharing recipes, also, I believe that it is important to maintain an active lifestyle. So feel free to ask me to cook for you and be your workout or dancing partner.
