ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small town in the east of Holland and live in Utrecht now for almost 12 years. I am calm (not always:)), but socially assertive and have a playful character. My most important values are respect, honesty and integrity.

PHILOSOPHY

As a student of philosophy I am very interested in what and how people think, and why do they so. Books can only get you so far, real learning comes from meaningful interaction with all kinds of people. I want to learn what it means to be human, in order for me to become one wholly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted several couchsurfers per year over the course of 15 years or so and enjoyed the company of every single guest.

Interests

My main interests are music, philosophy, blockchain technology, reading and writing, but I also play guitar and I love to draw (though I feel like I should do that more often) and to kill the boredom i watch a lot of movies and (quality) series. Also I play table soccer (kicker) and I run.
