I'm a kundalini yoga teacher lives in Vancouver Island Canada works in the social services. I'm a very quiet respectful person enjoys meeting people and exploring new places. I love nature walks, hikes, yoga, art galleries and having lovely tea with friends. I love my spiritual family see them twice a year at solstice two different locations. I keep learning new things in life and meeting wonderful people. I hope to continue to find new sites to spread the teachings of yoga and meditation.
