Svitlana Pohasii is a Ukrainian film and television director and the founder of modern film education for Ukrainian youth (film camps, film schools). President of the International Ukrainian Children's Film Festival "Kids Movie Fest". For the past five years, she has been teaching filmmaking to youth from Ukraine and Europe. He has 15 years of professional directing experience in television and cinematographic projects. She has ten years of experience in documentary filmmaking and several short-length projects. Since 2014, Svitlana has been actively promoting Ukrainian cinema. Teaches teenagers to create modern cinema, develops the "smartphone documentary" genre among young people in Ukraine and abroad. She together with her husband (producer) Mr. Kuzmenko held four international children's film festivals in Kyiv. They created an inclusive film school and film camp for ordinary and special teenagers of Kyiv. KIDS MOVIE students have created more than 60 short films in five years. A third of them took part in various international film festivals. Svetlana is proud of each of her students and inclusive film projects.
