CURRENT MISSION - a 6 - 8 day trip sometime between 22nd July - 15th August.

Travelling to the Holland, Belgium and maybe Paris with my Wife and would like to Vlog the experience - search Joe&Becks on Youtube. We are recently married and my wife has not done much travelling at all. I'm a History Teacher and I am very interested to see the Hauge in Holland, my Wife really wants to see Paris and we figured we should try and see either Brussels or Bruges in Belgium as well. Hopefully we can do this trip in about 8 days. We will buy a return trip to the the Ferry from Harwich, UK to the Hook of Holland.

The Prices for accommodation are ridiculous as compared to when I travelled through Europe many years ago so I was hoping to stay with some people and in return my Wife could cook you some nice Caribbean food.

ABOUT ME

I don't live with my parents, I can't change it in my profile (with regards to hosting). I am a very fun and social person to be around- enjoy meeting new people, I try and use humour to cheer other people. I love learning about different cultures and different countries.

I have travelled to over 20 countries, covering: Europe, Asia and South America.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is what you make it! What goes around comes around: if you continually do bad to others bad will come to you also, continually do good to others and good will come to you.
Most important to me, I am Christian- so I have very positive principles; I try to be a good example to others.

I've been to couch surfing parties, its all about the networking and helping each other out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed in London for 3 days. When I went travelling around Europe I stayed in many Hostels and at friends houses, on a 1 month trip of Europe. I first heard about couch surfing when I stayed in Poland. My Polish friend took me to a Couch Surfing meeting- people were really amazing here and I spent some of the next day with two people I met at that meeting.

Interessen

HipHop Artists. My Wife is a Singer. We've made a few songs together. I like to film and edit videos. The old school vlogs is something I still do now and again especially when travelling. Search Joe&Becks on Youtube and you can see some videos I've made.

It interests me to see physically the key places battle ground places important in World War Two. Also, the Balkans; in 2016 I was able to see most of these countries and look at the very recent history of the civil wars in these regions.

Me and my Wife are Christians, we like dancing, we just don't get drunk and prefer to stay away from night clubs now, I prefer having sober conversations with people.

Great stories. I've got a lot of crazy stories, which make good stories to share, especially stories from my travelling of the world which are good to share.
