Overview
About Me
I'm a twenty-something girl looking for new adventures and new friends.
I wear a lot of flannel. I have 9 tattoos and can't wait to get more. My favorite music genres are Indie Pop/Rock, Alternative/Punk Rock, and Bluegrass. I am currently studying Environmental Science in Geography. I've served in the U.S. Military and AmeriCorps. I drink 2-3 cups of coffee/tea per day. I am always up for a spontaneous adventure. I love exploring. And I'm a dog enthusiast.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've had a number of friends who have traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe using Couchsurfing and they all had such positive things to say about their experiences. I'm looking to travel quite a bit in the next few years and would love to meet new people along the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My senior year of college, I had the incredible opportunity to serve with AmeriCorps at my local Boys & Girls Club. And although I was physically, mentally and emotionally challenged almost every single day during the year that I served, it was the most rewarding experience I've had to date. I love to talk about my experience, I highly recommend it, and I fully plan on serving with AmeriCorps again once I am out of the military.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to consider myself an open-minded individual who enjoys engaging in thoughtful, rich, and educated conversation. I'm hoping to meet like-minded people as well as people vastly different than me. I want to share past and present experiences with those people in hopes that those interactions will shape my future endeavors.
