About Me
CURRENT MISSION
2018
Going to Napels with my two young boys Aaron and Isaak! Both terrified and excited at the same time! :)
EDIT: Done! Check! It was amazing! We are now ready for many more adventures! :)
2019
Next one, going on a wild camping roadtrip from the South of England to Scotland. Any help, tips, accomodation, beautiful pitch fields, showers, or whatever else we may need along the way, are always welcome! :)
EDIT: Done! What an incredible journey. Im in love with Scotland and superproud of my children following me on (small) hikes, sleeping in the wild, and enjoying these adventures with me! :)

Accidentally stuck in Bretagne at the moment due to a passport issue and making the most of discovering this beautiful place on earth.

Be the change you wish to see in the world
It is both a blessing
And a curse
To feel everything
So very deeply
Attached to nothing, connected to everything
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I got to surf some couches in Florida with some amazing people... Loved everything about it, except having to leave so soon everytime again :)
I now hope to couchsurf EVERYTIME I visit the world because this is what travelling is all about... I had the best time, thanks to all the beautiful people I would never have met without couchsurfing!!!
I can't wait to offer my couch (in our living room) to other couchsurfers who are travelling in Belgium, so I can give back what I have now experienced!
I live in Diest, a little old town in Flemish Brabant, about a 30min drive from Brussels. The town is beautiful with a lot of history, has an unesco world heritage Begijnhof, Citadel, Beautiful parks, and surrounded by nature for walking and cycling, lots of places to eat out, have a drink, a playground, outdoor swimming pool… And fun people to spend time with :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
HAVE FINALLY SURFED SOME COUCHES... AND HOSTED! :)
Edit :
After having children I have been travelling different, (air bnb, campsite, hotel) for a while but now I am ready to also share the adventure of couchsurfing with them. I have couchsurfed by accident on a road trip with my oldest son once and it was amazing! They both love meeting new people, are very sociable, and easy going, just like me :)
