I am from Germany and in June I did my school graduation. Now I am living in India for one year doing an intercultural exchange. I am working as a volunteer at a primary school in Madhuvana, to teach some basic spoken english. I actually decided to go to India for one year to be part of a project in which I can help people and especially to get to know a new culture, to experience a new daily life and to exchange intercultural knowledge. For sure I want to explore many parts of India to gain lots of experiences, so I actually want to travel through lots of places in India.
After this year I will go back to Germany and then I am going to start studying.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

The main reason why I am doing Couchsurfing is that I want to get to know new people. It is so interesting to listen to stories or experiences that others did. So I really love to exchange experiences, stories, knowledge, cultural differences,... And as well the most fun you can have is with other people!
In addition it is very helpful to get to know some nice places (or in general things to do) at your place of living.

音乐、电影和书籍

It is difficult to say that I prefer hearing to some music or to read a book or to watch a movie. I really like to do everything but it depends on my feelings and on my mood. So sometimes I just want to listen to some music and sometimes I just want to escape in another world by reading a book and sometimes I actually just want to relax by watching a movie. I think all of it has a strong influence on our personality and with one song or one movie we can connect a lot of experiences, moments or persons. But music has the strongest influence on me and I listen to music like every day. It makes me kind of happier when I‘m happy, it helps me when I‘m sad and whenever I listen to some music (with friends or just alone) it makes the mood more comfortable.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I don‘t know a special experience to talk about right now. I think my best experience will be the one I‘m doing right now. If someone will ask me in the future about my best experience that I‘d ever had I will talk about the 11 months in India.

As I sad before I can tell you something about my culture and about Germany and of course I am interested in talking about different experiences and stories. For sure I really like to have fun and I am very open-minded.
