About Me
Just returned home after traveling UK and Ireland
Hello! I am Taehee.
I think hosting someone from the country or outside of county is important because its not like "hostel experience" but guest is getting into host's life because the guest will be staying at host place. Perhaps the guest will be lucky to sightsee or eat with host together. So I understand it takes lots of consideration to host someone.
I am open minded, honest, funny, easygoing, and respectful guy who like to have a good time and make friends. I was always curious about culture, people, and lifestyle around the world. I am so happy that I could travel this time of year so I can see the world and interact with people.
I really like skiing and badminton. Those are really my favorite sports to enjoy. I like competitive sports but I also like noncompetitive activity like rock climbing. I have never played tennis, but I want to try one day. But I can tell you that badminton is sprinting sport haha.
I am from South Korea. I really like culture, traveling and nature. I like to learn about different cultures. And I like to meet new people to have a great time together. I like to learn something new or interesting everyday even if its small thing. We are here on the earth for just short amount of time. And I think we deserve to enjoy what the world has to offer us. Thats the my mindset and its the reason why I decide to travel.
I value high on friends, movie, music, food, lifestyle, culture, nature, travel, outdoorsy sports, and my dog.
I hope to make good visits and some friends! Cheers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living in America when I only knew three words in English: hi, bye, and thank you. I was sent to USA when I was 17years old with two suitcases by my father. By the time I got there, there were no family, cousins, and friends. I had to survive with body language everyday. And learned something new everyday quick, I was able to speak and listen the language. And it took faster than you think:) So I think its something cool that most people never get to do it haha. I mean most of parents wont send kids abroad under such a circumstance.
Living in China,Shenyang for a year without knowing the Mandarin. I was older enough but again, same thing. Not knowing language and was trying to fit in the society myself.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Korean language, culture, food, and massage.
