CURRENT MISSION

After 1 year traveling and working in New Zealand, where we have explored that amazing country and their people, now we are jumping to Asia!, in order to know about cultures completely different than ours, to learn, give and share moments with awesome people.

ABOUT ME

We are a couple that met traveling in Bolivia a few years ago. We share that passion for knowing places, people and experiencing adventures and now we do it together. We are now heading to Asia, and we are sure is going to be unforgettable, we are open and very excited for every experience this trip will bring. This include, of course, meeting and living with the local people, which is for us, what makes the difference between going to a place and knowing it.

Mati is a very loving person. He's crazy about architecture and design, but with he's personal approach, oriented to use his job to create solutions for people to live better and happier. He likes listening to music and searching for new bands and singers to add to his favourites. He's also very crafty and always helps me in my crazy projects.

Tami is a very active person who loves to learn new things. She is an excellent cook and baker who loves to merge spices and flavors from other cultures. She also knows how to do many crafts, such as knitting, painting, decoupage, gardening, etc. Above all things she is an entrepreneur and has the iniciative to start new things all the time.

We keep each other great company and love to be sorrounded by friends.

We just believe in enjoying our lives, share with people, being happy and trying to transmit joy to everyone around us.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently we are traveling, but everybody is more than welcome to visit us in our home in Argentina!

We are really excited to host and visit people from different countries. We think it will be really great to be able to share lives for a few days with people around the world and learn from them, maybe teach them something and of course, cooking for them :p

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of them were great :)

We have had a great experiences doing couchsurfing in New Zealand, we met people extremely generous with us, We also have experience with another platforms as HelpX, so we are more than happy to help our host with our skills and of course sharing very happy moments.

Interests

We like to design and make crafts, painting, taking pictures, listening to music (and maybe singing it), read books, watch movies (though Mati always falls asleep). And of course we love to travel and in every place that we visit, try to mix in with the locals and not just stay in the touristy routine.

Tamy is really passionate about cooking and eating, not what famous chefs do, but what moms cook for their familys or even what bachelors invent as a great solution for a quick meal. She writes a blog with easy pastry recipes, trying to encourage people to make their own treats and learn how much love you can give and receive trough food.
