About Me
Hi I'm Tari!
I really enjoy meeting new people from all over the world and see new places. Many of my friends would say I'm a bit restless because I'm always up to see or try something new and be on my feet every single minute of the day :) I'm interested in theatre, movies, art, sports, games and love to swap opinions :)
If you like enthusiastic people I'm your kind of girl!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
So far all my couchsurfing experiences were great! So much more fun than staying in a hostel! It's a whole new way to experience a city - getting interesting insider tips on where to go and excellent and interesting company for your stay - that become friends in the end :) For the same reason I love to host people!
Fun fact: I randomly met my current boyfriend over "Couchsurfing Hang-outs" when I was living in Washington D.C.! :D
So I just have to be a fan of this great website!
Interests
I'm into skiing, hiking and playing Ultimate Frisbee!
I also love writing short stories and over the last 4 years I participated in different acting groups
Music, Movies, and Books

I'm very much into british shows and series!
Books from Herman Hesse, T.C. Boyle, Nick Hornby, Dirk Bernemann, Stefan Zweig, J.K. Rowling
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was living in Santiago de Chile I travelled to Pucón for a week where I climbed the active vulcano Villarica with some friends! Hiking through the snow and icey wind with almost no breaks was hard but so worth it when I was on top of it and looked down to the Magma in the crater, not to speak of the amazing view all over Pucón! I've been hiking a lot in my life but this specific hike remains as a very special experience for me that I love to remember with a smile

Teach, Learn, Share
Share: I know a lot about austrian movies and music - maybe I can make you interested in it :D
Learn: I absolutly LOVE to learn something new!
My motto is: Don't let the possiblity of failure stop you from trying something new - it doesn't matter if you are good in things, it matters if you enjoy them :)
(Just trying to teach myself to play guitar - so if you can play it would be cool if you teach me some stuff)
