CURRENT MISSION It's corny and generic, but my mission is to bring light to people's lives because it brings me inexplicable joy. ABOUT ME hi! about me...i'm the freest spirit you'll meet (do you spell "free est" with 3 e's?). i love laughing, smiling, and going where the wind takes me. if you asked my friends about me, they'd tell you i have a million interests, the ability to deeply connect with just about anybody, anywhere, i'm fearless when it comes to personal interaction. i'm a bit of a daredevil in the sense that i'll hop on a plane with no plans, no currency and no knowledge of the local language just because i enjoy figuring out new situations. i believe in the good in people and i'm pretty sure that putting positivity out into the world brings it right back to me. PHILOSOPHY what you put out into the world comes back to you. the power of attraction is undeniable. positivity, gratitude, humility <3

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE i have stayed with people and hosted people. it's been a fantastic experience and one i am happy to continue :) this is such a great site and such a fun way to meet new people.
Music, Movies, and Books
movies: i'm a documentary nerd. love learning new things...especially in colorful, vivid, visual ways (aka not from a textbook). i like old movies (like black and white through the 60s). i like love stories that make me happy cry and comedies that also make me happy cry. not a fan of horror, suspense or action. music: changes...acousic guitar, instrumental music. rodrigo y gabriella, jaques stotzem, trace bundy, emancipator, opiuo, james morrison, aloe blacc, mumford, the avett brothers, xavior rudd, etc. aandddd a little country here and there, because it's good for feet stomping and good for the soul ;) books: ohhhh books. love them. paulo cohelo is a master <3. i love reading non fiction-biographies, memoirs, etc. i'm terrible at choosing fiction but if it is recommended to me, i'll read it :) i don't seek out books often, usually they find me and usually at book exchanges in hostels when i'm travelling. the witch of portobello by paulo cohelo changed my life.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
i've done plenty of amazing things in my life-i'll tell you about some when we meet :) for now, as far as i'm concerned, the most amazing thing i've ever done is loved with my whole heart. now THAT is a great accomplishment <3
My Interests
oh interets...evertying. i'm a life learner, can't help it ;) i want to know and experience everything and i want people in my life who challenge me and encourage me to grow. i'm a big traveller, obviously. i knit, crochet, sing at the top of my lungs, paint, photograph, have keep journals for 20 years. i dance as often as i can, go to museums and read the news, watch documentaries because it makes me feel more connected to the world. i practice yoga and teach it occasionally, i like to get my heart pumping whenever i can. i frequent bookstores and parks, hug little kids whenever i'm around them...i'm mostly just interested in being joyful...:)
