CURRENT MISSION To learn and grow through visiting other cultures ABOUT ME I'm easy going; a never meet a stranger type who thrives on a good conversation and I'm eager to learn and grow. My life experiences have given me an appreciation for those who are different. When it's all said and done we are in this "thing" together. Why not help each other out along the way? PHILOSOPHY People are precious and what life is all about. We are only as healthy as our our ability to create and maintain relationships. Everyone is my teacher and through my actions and words I teach others even when I'm not trying to teach. It's my responsibility to leave those I meet better than they were before I came.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm interested in both hosting and surfing. Since I'm new I don't know what other opportunities are available. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I'm new and no experience so far.
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: No gore. Everything else I find entertaining. I love going to the theater. Music: I can appreciate any genre of music but my preferences are: Jazz, Rock, Folk, Country and classical. Books: I enjoy reading almost anything except technical jargon. My job requires such detail that I am ready to disengage when I'm reading. But there are moments that I can even enjoy the technical jargon.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've seen a good portion of N. America. I've not traveled that much and look forward to seeing the rest of the world. This sounds like a great way to experience the cultures of other people.
Teach, Learn, Share
My experience in finance is something I'd be willing to share with others. I've also studied religion and philosophy and enjoy discussing what I know. I'm always willing to teach if someone wants to learn. But I'm equally eager to learn and be a student.
