Fine wine, great food, and being around family and friends...Not necessarily in that order but living in Italy you have to rate Vino right up there after most family and friends of course.

Love to fish, particularly for Big Bass.

Interests

Spending time with family and friends. Traveling, seeing new interesting places and meeting people from different cultures. I soak up all I can on Greek-Roman Mythology, World History, Art History (Particularly Renaissance Art). Seems there is always a background story on the art, the artist, who commissioned it, who owned it, the subject, the allegory, etc... Don't worry...I also like NASCAR, American Football, Bass Fishing, Trivial Pursuit, Did I mention Bass Fishing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being present at the birth of my children. Everything else, exciting as they may be, pales in comparison. But if I must:
- Our Honeymoon: Boating down the Danube from Vienna to Budapest
- Living in Izmir, Turkey for 15 months: My first experience living abroad. Being from a small town in Texas I amazed myself at how quickly I adapted and immersed myself in the local culture. Loved my stay there.
- Catching huge 5kg+ bass at Lake Baccarac, Mexico
- Becoming interested in Art History and Greek-Roman Mythology...Not on my Teenage Bucket List
