Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet travel friends and love to help friends,I do help many new friends even like meet them LRT,or KL town.I want to help friends who love backpack or travel to Malaysia,see oversea friends happy is my most happy.
我喜歡遇見來自世界各地的旅行朋友，也喜歡幫助朋友和剛認識的新朋友，不論是在那裡碰上，只要他們有需要幫助，我都會盡力去做到，輕鐵站或市中心，就曾經幫過不少人，讓外國人對大馬留下更好的印象。外國旅行者開心，就是我最大的滿足。

Interests

I love sport(badminton,climbing,running),I join many marathon,till now 119 full/ultra.My original target is 100,plan to join more marathon races in future around the world,.I love travel too,I visit Egypt,USA,HK,Taiwan,Thailand,Nepal, Indonesia ,Japan on my own trip,but not working trip.
I love snap pix in road running races too,to cheer for runners.
My other hobby will be reading,I love to learn all news knowledge from books,but most in chinese.我自小喜歡運動，包括羽球，登山和跑步，迄今已跑過不少比賽，全馬和超馬的比賽已有126場了，超過原本目標100場。我另一個最大的興趣就是旅行，自己也拿假到過埃及、美國、日本、香港、台灣、泰國、印尼和尼泊爾等地自助旅行或馬拉松。另一個主要嗜好就是閱讀，多數是中文書。

I love to see movie,especially action movie,any action movie will be good for me to enjoy relax beside busy work.
I love to read motivation books too.
For music,I love to listen my idol singer 姜育恆.
我喜歡看戲，特別是精彩動作戲，還有就是溫馨感人的戲，以紓解工作的壓力。我也喜歡看激勵的書籍。喜歡的音樂主要是中文的，姜育恆是年輕時代唯一的偶像。

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most crazy thing I have done is one month 4 marathon in 4 different places,I join bangkok marathon,singapore marathon,and 2 marathon in Taiwan during 2014.Other crazy thing is I support my country runner in Badwater,snap pix and pacer for him,badwater is most tough foot race in the world with their strict selection and also weather.I travel 32hrs alone first time to meet Malaysia team.It is awesome experience for me,life experience !截至目前為止，我最瘋狂的就是一個人搭三十二個小時到美國拉斯維加斯，以作為大馬跑者吳少剛參加惡水超級馬拉松的後勤人員，在平均攝氏五十度的情況下，拍照，陪跑，非常疲累，也很開心協助跑者完賽。

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to teach anyone who need to know more about travel,photo shooting in road running race,travel knowledge,I hope can can share all ppls who I meet,if they are willing to learn,I am willing to teach and share.

I want to learn more about more new place for me,know more countries in this world.

I can share with hosts,like my language,my running knowledge,climbing,my reporter life,my country,everything if host interest especially like Malaysia food and travel places.
