After I’ve removed left foot ankle plaster-cast only 2 weeks. I’ve been to Sapa (Vietnam) since 2016 and made a mad first trekking trip.
I walked upside and down on Fansipan.
OMG !! I’ve hurt in every step I’ve walked.
