Live the Dream

ABOUT ME

Living the Dream

I love life and every second of it. I am an eternal optimist that sees good in everything (well..of course there are a few exceptions). Life is all about perspective and attititude! You can seriously turn around a sucky situation into a great one depending how you look at it.

I love all the oppurtunities, experiences, and people that the world has to offer. That is one reason I take part in the CS project.

Many people describe me as happy go lucky, which is partly true, because I do put great thought into how I conduct myself

PHILOSOPHY

Take full advantage of all of life's oppurtunities and experience others and being real and doing the same for others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed over 15 times now and I went to about 6 couchsurfing events, and it has blown me away every time. Just the unexpected kindness of the hosts and awesomeness of other couchsurfers, and all that they do and the great time that I shared with them. AKA..awesome

Interests

I have so many interests. I would love to learn about government, cultures, languages, psychology. I love the outdoors. I definitely like physical activity and biking, playing sports. But one of my larger interests is language. I am studying Arabic, and I want to learn it well enough for when I go overseas to study more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Benin (west african country) I went on a 30km tactical ruck march with the Beninese Army and US Army on a join excercise in the dark. In the middle of it (15km) we stopped for 10 minutes, where the Benenise soldiers started chanting their tribal things and the other Americans and I were dancing in the middle. Pure awesomeness.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love talking about people's travel experiences, their lives, and sometimes economics. Language is also a big passion of mine. I really enjoy teaching Polish and learning Arabic.
