CURRENT MISSION

We are travelling around South America, New Zealand, and SE Asia this year to volunteer in local communities, take our time and be outdoors a lot, and meet new people.

We come as a pair though, both very much individuals, we are along the lines of the 'adventurous outdoor- type'. But Tony was a chess nerd in high school. We are from Colorado in the United States and our goal is to see the world through the eyes of our global neighbors and to learn something new everyday. We speak English and Spanish. We were married two years ago on a 13,000 foot-tall mountain and are both in our mid-twenties. Anna is a nurse in a busy city hospital in Denver, and Tony is soon to enter graduate school. We are taking a gap year to travel and volunteer before we settle down to start our own family and farm. We both love to rock climb, raft, hike, exercise and love to camp and are always up for an adventure of any kind in the outdoors. We appreciate and take time for the little things in life, a cool flower you're about to step on while hiking, a breath-taking sunset in a place unexpected, or just relaxing and talking with the town's crazy person at the local coffee shop. We love animals, are not vegetarians but can be if needed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This our fist experience with couch surfing, we hope to create some great stories and good times. When we return home next year we will lend our couch for those who need a place to stay in Denver, Colorado.
