ABOUT ME

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. Oman is my 1st experience living aboard. I'm a dental hygienist.

I love dental hygiene and think the human body is an amazing machine. What other piece of equipment comes with a "self repair" function? We just have to do the maintenance on it (exercise and flossing)to keep it running well. (I know, I sound like a nut-job)

PHILOSOPHY

Live without judgment; give without expecting; love for no reason.

I've been hosting, going to meetings and activities organized by/for CSers. I'm hoping to surf in Paris.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So my friend "CathyTeacher" hosts a lot. I have met some really interesting people through her. So much so that I have decided to host myself.

Interests

Just finished an open water diver program and am moving on to Advanced.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking the trail between Monterosso al Mare and Vernazza. I can't wait to go back to Italy.

Swimming into the cave in Wadi Shab.

Snorkeling in the Diminyat Islands and the moment of panic as I see a shark approach (thank god things appear closer than they are in the water) and then turn around and swim off.
