I am a native South Floridian that has lived in various parts of Florida. I am open minded and always interested in seeking out new experiences and places. I enjoy living in the moment, eating fabulous food, connecting with nature and people from all over the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I backpacked Europe for three months in the summer of 2012 and Couchsurfed along the way! Now that I am a little more settled I would like to return the favor and host people in my town. I hope that CS will open many doors and opportunities to meet new people and learn a new culture through it's local people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far though I have been getting involved with the couchsurfers of my local area and have enjoyed meeting all of them thoroughly.

I really enjoy anything that is involved around water and being outdoors. I like to scuba dive, kayak, surf, hike, backpack and travel!! In my spare time I attempt to grow edible potted gardens. I love to create things from scratch or grow it yourself. I built my kayak out of wood and then kayaked/camped 250 miles on the Suwannee River with it. I hope to do more trips like this soon. I'm always interested in meeting new people and seeking new adventures! I attempt to live minimally and sustainably. My work experiences mainly involve conserving our environment to be enjoyed for generations ahead.

I like to watch all kinds of movies, comedy, drama, fiction! Not into too many scary ones!The Shawshank Redemption is one of my favorite.
I am constantly listening to music, it is a huge part of my life. I love to watch live bands and go to concerts!

Diving on the Great Barrier Reef and seeing a giant clam and cuddle fish. Viewinhelots rally all of the stars on a beach in Cape Tribulation, AUS.

I live to learn and feel that learning is something that will never end. I do enjoy teaching people about the issues currently happening in our environment and ways to live more sustainably with it.
