CURRENT MISSION

Travelling around South America for the next 6/7 months after finishing my master's degree to hike, write and immerse myself in the culture. I am very interested in history and language but am always down for a good time. I am tidy, an excellent cook and very polite.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

From staying with locals in Germany and the Seychelles, I know there is no better experience than staying with real residents. I want to hear people's stories and I make some new friends whilst on my travels!

Music: The War on Drugs - like a modern Pink Floyd with profound lyrics and instrumentals

Movies: (if I'm trying to sound smart) The Devil and Daniel Webster - an old black and white film about a lawyer defending a man who sold his soul to the devil.

Pirates of the Caribbean (my actual favourite) - no explanation needed

Books: Herodotus' Histories and Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I edited part of my university newspaper and interviewed philosophers and writers about love and the meaning of life.
