About Me
Dang its one of those nerve-wrecking questions you get during interviews...oh well i guess its time to practice those lines again!
Bonjour, I am a Malaysian whom after spending 19 years of her life stuck in congested traffic and high rise buildings, decides to go over to Vancouver, Canada to start a new phase of life with hopes of being able to swim with salmons and chug myself with plentiful of maple syrup(thinking it would be cheap).
Not surprising though, this girl decides to go to Osaka, Japan after 3 years because she misses the hustle and bustle of the city life (perhaps also to satisfy her hidden anime fetish). I guess i am a city girl at heart after all lol. Or maybe I just can't stay at a place for too long at once, considering i did travel to over 20 different countries in 20 years on my life.
Btw I graduated from a BSC in food, nutrition, and health from UBC and currently working for a natural food company. However, I'm probably not qualified enough to write you a diet plan or tell you what you should eat if you have diabetes because Uni doesn't really prepare you for this kind of stuff. I think I'm better off advising you random things like which plants(no, not marijuana) are edible or how to not piss off a cow lol. Plus i am a huge lover of desserts and baked goods so I probably won't be the best to go for these sort of advice😅.
Though I might be able to tell you the function of all those random ingredients you see on nutrition labels or connect you with food industry experts to get free food (because who doesn't like free food right); Or I can talk to you about how messed up our food system is and how you should start planting your own food if you wanna live a long life (yay farm-to-table!); Or if you need tips on how to milk a cow properly...if that is a particular interest of yours (like it was mine). FYI cows are not my favorite animals, I love not all(but most) animals but I would really like to work with Lions or Tigers one day. But in the meantime, I just go to the gym every day to work out and prepare myself so I can handle those giant cats if that day ever comes.
P.s. I just realized I use a lot of 'if', so If (there it goes again) you have better suggestions on use of words please advice, arigato
