About Me
Like most of us, I have a long story, but I feel that the version worth sharing really begins somewhere around January, 2015 when my partner Ryan and I decided that we couldn’t do “it” anymore. The nine-to-fives, the commute, the pant suits and collared shirts, the mortgage, the debilitating Michigan winters, the traffic, the noise, and on and on the list goes.
So here’s what happened: We quit our lives and decided to move from Detroit to Bisbee, Arizona, a small, middle-of-nowhere-town that's 90 miles from the nearest airport. Together, we reinvented our lives and are currently running a Bed and Breakfast, riding motorcycles, making music, making art, reading books, exploring, hiking, taking lots of photos and being thankful that we found each other.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
What is life without relationships and your experiences? I am firm believer that a life well-lived is built on unique relationships, shared experiences and travel. I think the beauty of Couchsurfing is that these three things converge so wonderfully. Very much looking forward to meeting new people and sharing the journey!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Flipping my life upside to follow my dreams and create a new life with my partner in the middle of the high desert.
Time spent WWOOF-ing... met some of the most incredible people and had some of the most memorable experiences of my life; like rescuing 40,000 honey bees out of a wall in Montecito. Five hours, gallons of honey and 6 bee stings later the bees were safely brought back to the ranch I was working on.
Meeting one of my closest friends in Europe on a whim during the summer of 2014, it was my first time there and although it was brief I am certain it changed me forever.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bulgaria, Canada, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal
