HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING As little as possible. I prefer to observe. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Not much, so far, unless you count a home-stay in Guatemala some years ago.

I ready a lot of crime novels, I enjoy reading about Psychology and Buddhist Philosophy, and I'm quite a fan of comedy.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
To fully be present in every moment of one's life; that is amazing. I'm not there yet, not even close, but life is a journey. I've visited 49 states of the US, several Canadian provinces, Mexico, and Guatemala. The people whom I've met were the most amazing thing I've ever seen.

I do have a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language and I'd love talking about languages and linguistics.
My Interests
I love learning about diverse cultures and languages, especially East Asian. I am Buddhist, I have studied Spanish, French, a tiny bit of Italian, and would like to pick up Japanese in my spare time.
