G'Day. I'm Tim! Grew up in the 'bush' in Western Australia in a town of 400 people of mainly First Nations Australians. Enjoy being in good company... give me a kitchen, a glass of wine, surround me with friends - and I'm in my happy place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Enjoy meeting people and learning about new cultures through good conversation and of course food. I would also like to improve my German language skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had the privilege of helping local people as a result of the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami in Banda Ache in Indonesia as well as Tropical Cyclone Haiyan in the Philippines in 2013. Seeing the strength of human spirit in the local people will live with me forever.
