ABOUT ME

I live in a town only 15 minutes from Leuven, the famous student city. Leuven is a great location to visit all the other cities in Belgium. The centre of Brussels is only a 20 minute train ride from Leuven.

I love traveling around the world and meeting new people. I like to laugh and don’t be surprised if I burst out singing aloud all of a sudden, I can’t live without music. When travelling, my camera is my best friend, I can take hundreds of photes each day.

I also like to go to the movies, have a drink with friends at a pub or go bowling. Anything when I can spend some time with my friends and have fun. Occasionally, I go out to a night club.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted a few times. And I had a great time at CS meetings in Leuven. Now I'm planning my first surfing trip!
I'm always up for drinks or show people around in Leuven or Brussels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting is really fun, and I like meeting people for dinner or drinks in Leuven or Brussels. I also got to visit some other cities in Belgium with CS'ers.

兴趣

I’m interested in meeting people from all over the world, get to know other cultures. So of course, I LOVE to travel. I’ve travelled to all kinds of destinations, I enjoy history, culture but can enjoy a few days on a beach as well.
My best experience so far was travelling to the US, where a friend from NY showed me the most amazing places in NYC, Nashville, Miami and Key West.
And I take loads of photos everywhere I go!

Movies: I watch horror, action movies, romantic movies, comedy, ... anything, it depends on my mood

Music: I am addicted to music. I enjoy listening to all kinds of music, from pop to rnb or rock. My favorite is country music (that’s really rare here in Belgium!).

Books: depends on my mood, most of the time I read detectives or horror, sometimes romance novels

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Difficult to choose only one thing…
The best thing would be an educational programme abroad. I spend two weeks travelling through Sweden, Finland and Russia. I met the most amazing people from different countries: the US, Germany, Portugal, Russia, Finland and China. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Because of that, I got the chance to spend an amazing time in the US a few years after with some of the people I met. AND I got to host some Americans and show them my country. We’ve become friends for life.
