CURRENT MISSION

I quit my job in late December 2021 because I was burnt out. I was spending too many hours at work and not enough hours doing anything I enjoyed. Since then I have been getting the most of my Epic Ski Pass in Colorado (we finally started getting some snow)!!

ABOUT ME

I have always loved to travel. I like to experience different cultures, learn from others, and I am a huge fan of accents. In Sept. 2013 I took a life-changing backpacking trip to Bali and Lombok Indonesia, where I caught the "traveling bug". Since then, I have been focused on hiking/backpacking/skiing/traveling the world!

I am easy going, low maintenance, clean, conscientious and appreciative of my hosts. I am always happy to lend a helping hand.

I am fully vaccinated and I am ok with adhering to any virus-safety procedures you may have.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Made some AWESOME friends while couchsurfing in Indonesia. I had NO idea about the couchsurfing experience/culture before the trip. Luckily, my friend that I had been traveling with, introduced me to the lifestyle and I enjoyed every connection I have made!

兴趣

I am a Colorado native. I grew up in the mountains and in my freetime I try my best to make it into the wilderness in one way or another. I am happy to show people around some of my favorite spots in the mountains and around Colorado.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent the initial international Covid lockdown on a tiny island in the Philippines. I went to stay with my friend at her dive shop on Siquijor. I arrived 2 days before the island went on lockdown and I was “stuck” there until mid May 11 weeks later). I could not have imagined a better place/situation for when everything stopped! It was literally PARADISE!

My most memorable... Horseback riding on Arenal Volcano while it was erupting, scuba diving in Lombok Indonesia, hiking the Colorado Trail, Snorkeling/Scuba Diving in the Galapagos Islands, Hiking the Inca Trail, Hiking the Andes in Northern Peru, Swimming with Pink River Dolphins in the Bolivian Amazon, Mountain Biking the Death Road in Bolivia, Hiking all over Patagonia, hiking Harding Ice Field in Seward, Alaska...
