CURRENT MISSION finishing my third year at uni ABOUT ME Hi there, people in the wide world! My name is Susi, I am 22 years old. i am adventure seeking and I love travelling to all sorts of places. It is that that the world was a book and those who do not travel only read the first page of it. The chinese philosopher Confucius said "every journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." I will make that step by the end of may to EXPLORE THE WORLD until sep/oct 09. Anyone who is not occupied during this time is welcome to join me for bits of this adventurous trip. My hometown, AUERBACH, is a relatively small town in the mountains with nice surroundings of valleys, wide green meadows and great nature. JENA, the place where I study catches the tourist's attention with its great history of the german philosophers and writers Goethe and Schiller, its nice and modern city flair, the home of laser industry, nice old castles on top of the surrounding mountains and many more... If there is something you have the feeling you should do it today, do it! Don't hestitate. If you are right, you'll have great memories and a great experience. If you were wrong you've got something to learn from. But if you don't do it at all, you'll always keep wondering how it would have been if you took the chance. Who does mistakes can just become better, but who is perfect, can't improve any more.
