Overview
About Me
I was born in England and in 1982 I emigrated to Australia by driving overland in an Austin Seven (1937)
Married an Australian (married my commonsense) and we both enjoy travel.
I am a handy man, passionate of electronics, mechanics and renewable energy, especially solar. One of my hobbies is to fix things. There is almost nothing I cannot fix. I take it as a challenge.
I consider myself open minded and I love interesting conversations. I also like jokes and having good time with people.
I also enjoy having a nice glass of wine from time to time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We have had many workawayers and exchange students from different parts of the world in the last 20 years. One of the workawayers just told me about couch surfing so I thought I would like to give it a try as we have experience hosting and meeting people.
