I study exercise science at university, so health and fitness is a huge interest of mine. I spend a lot of time at the sunshine coast, going to the beach, fishing, cycling and hiking, among other different outdoor adventures. I've also played guitar for 10 years, although that gets a bit swept under the rug during the summer time.
