My name is Tomek and I'm originally from Poland. At the age of 12 I moved to Ireland with my family and I live here until now. I'm studying Computer Science and Software Engineering in a university. I love listening to music travelling. I'm also a big fan of Marvel Universe movies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because as I am on the finishing line of my degree in college, I am realising that I haven't been doing as much travelling as I wanted to before going to college. I want to start and build up some network so that maybe after college, when I start work and I have my own apartment, I will be able to offer my couch to somebody and in exchange I'll be able to sleep on someone's couch when I go on holidays.

I want to build connections with people all over the world because I love meeting new people and visiting new places. I hope to do a lot of travelling in the future and this way I can achieve the above.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't read a lot to be honest but I love watching movies and TV shows. My favourite TV show is definitely The Walking Dead. Others include Sense8, Stranger Things, Mr. Robot.

When it comes to movies, I love most genres. I particularly love sci-fi movies by Marvel - Avengers, Iron Man, etc. Sometimes I like to watch documentaries about science, nature and history.

When it comes to Music, I let Spotify do the job for me. I listen to pop mostly, dance music, electronic music.
