I teach Kundalini Yoga and offer retreats and workshops in meditation, lucid dreaming, astral projection and creative ritual. I enjoy meeting new people.. spending time outdoors, gardening, herbs, sleeping outdoors, making the transition from human house plant, enclosed feeling to real outdoor living 'woken up' human experience.
I have been an elected City Councillor for the Green Party before and have worked in different housing charities in Community Development.
