About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel this world of wonder, see its landscapes, speak with its people & learn its stories..
ABOUT ME
I love life and my friends...and they love me. I believe they would describe me as an engaging person. I care for people, their trials and their affairs. I love conversations and getting to know people. Everyone is unique and it is a pleasure for me to discover the artwork of someones personality. I am witty and a bit of a stand up comic...when provoked ! I am full of hobbies such as photography, documentary making and banjo to name a few. My friends and acquaintances find me comfortable to be around. I'm pleasant, hard working and funny as well as curious, thoughtful and kind.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosphy is about growing myself in knowledge, experience, wisdom, patience and love. The best way to grow in this direction is by traveling and meeting new people. There is a unexplainable magic woven into this lifestyle.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I travel to learn about our world through the people in our world. I help out where needed, learn of their land, and share their stories through word and picture. Sometimes I make travel articles or documentaries out of my trips. Eventually I will settle down build a community somewhere on this earth.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I think it's a great way to meet people who are the soul of the earth.
Interests
I was born with a sense of wonder. Now I explore and experience through travel. I record what I experience through photography, video and journalism.
I love everything about food, especially how it brings us all together. I love art in all its forms I like a wide range of music when It's done well. My tastes in music change with how I feel at the time. I learned to play the piano as a child. Now I play the banjo. It's a happy sound and has the ability to bridge the generation gap. Bringing people of all ages together. I'm learning harmonica.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like anything that is done well, with purpose and message.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On my last birthday I explored Angor Wat, Cambodia. I got up very early to climb up a small mountain temple and captured the sun rise as a full moon was setting. The feeling sent me back centuries.
I sailed Desolation Sound, BC in a small 28ft sailboat for 3 days. Gorgeous BC coastlines, interesting island marinas, Cool restaurants, then sailed home in a storm. I remember riding into the wind, the boat crashing into the waves, being soaked from the spray...and feeling calm, all is well.
I went to Las Vegas for reunion of old friends I worked with 15 years ago for a Nov.11, 2011 Party. A great time with good old souls. Saw Shows, did exhibits, ate in great restaurants, laughed all week.
This is living the Life.
