Overview
About Me
I grew up in Portland, Maine and if you've never been It's worth the trip! I'm fortunate enough to be able to bike everywhere and enjoy the fresh ocean spray from the downtown waterfront. I have just recently moved from Vancouver to Toronto where I am studying baking and working in the food industry. I am passionate about fermentation, baking pastries and hosting dinners and entertaining with friends.
I have traveled around Western Europe and parts of Croatia and Bosnia. I hope to live in Denmark within the next 4 years where I want to continue study the art of baking sourdough bread.
Even though I'm a usually a little shy at first, I'm always down to meet new people! Let's tell stories, eat food, and explore the city.
