I am a college student and commercial fisherman looking to explore new places. I am working on a bachelors degree in Geography at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. A small town in the middle of Alaska called Glennallen is where I come from.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing to meet new people with new ideas. I am looking to connect with people who are willing to share some local knowledge of their hometown.

I enjoy good conversation with good people over cheep beer just as much as I like a good adrenaline rush. I am interested in climate change, weather, commercial and sport fishing, mountains, backcountry snowboarding, and the ocean.

I know a few things about commercial fishing, Alaskan politics, and the weather, but I prefer to sit back and listen to what others have to say. I love pushing my comfort zone with food .
