I am M.Com. M.A. (Economics), M.A. (Public Administration), MA (Urdu) LL.B., FCA, DISA(ICA), CISA , CISM, PhD ( Tax). I have been a university topper in all the exams. I am PhD in taxation, having done my doctoral research on a critical study of direct taxes in India.

I have been practising for more than 33 years.

I have contributed more than 200 articles to various journals.
I am very active socially.
I am the Founder President of Central India Kidney Foundation. I am the Vice President of the Punjab Association Nagpur.
I am the Director of India Peace Centre, a pan-India NGO devoted to the causes of : creating interfaith understanding, demilitarisation, and the environment.
I have served Lions International in various capacities, such as President, Lions Club of Nagpur, Zone Chairman, Region Chairman, District PRO, Chairman Youth Exchange, Chairman Infotech etc. I am an MJF.
I have served as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Nagpur Branch of WIRC of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. I am the Treasurer of Tiger Research and Conservation Trust, India. I was conferred with “Pride of Nagpur” award by Qidwai Foundation. I am a recipient of the Jaycees Outstanding Young Person Award. I was awarded Yogi Manohar Navratna Award by Sunrise Peace Mission for his contribution to the fields of Economics and Accountancy. I have been awarded the “Competent Leader” and "Competent Communicator" award by Toastmasters international for exceptional achievement in Toastmasters International Leadership Programme.
I am the Founder President of St. John's Old Boys Association, which is the association of alumni of his alma mater. I have served on the Executive Committees of various bodies like All India Management Association, New Delhi, Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi etc., Nag-Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce, Vidarbha Industries Association.
I am an avid golfer, bird-watcher and a serious photographer. My bird photographs have appeared in various magazines and journals, and Govt educational publications. A large no of his pictures has been published in Oriental Bird Images Data Base.

I am a golfer.
I am a Marathon runner and a randonneur cyclist. I am also a licensed HAM radio operator.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

1. I would love to tour the world and meet new people.
2. I am a cyclist, and want to do a Europe tour on cycle.
3. I want to run marathons all over the world
4. I am a bird watcher and bird photographer, and I want to go out birding at different places of the world.
5. I am a speaker on taxation, management, economics, Indian religions including Hinduism and Sikhism, international peace and understanding, wildlife and nature, and would like to speak on these topics wherever I travel.
6. I am learning Spanish and want to travel to Spanish-speaking countries to know the culture, meet people and improve my conversational Spanish.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 50, I did three 200 kms cycling brevets, and 5 marathon runs. I plan to keep running and riding for as long as I can.
Have run total 80 marathons since then.
