Open-minded? Yes, but I have my limits and will tell you when you cross the line. Easy-going? Yes, but I have my moments :) I've always read a lot about different places, now I want to visit them. Learn something in other language, try new food, see how people live on other continents.

Hosted a few times and so far my surfing experience was great!

History, but an afternoon with a good book or conversation over wine sounds good too. I'll be trying to find Polish traces around the world: http://polishtracesaroundtheworld.wordpress.com/
I like to cook but I can't really be bothered to cook just for myself. I like red wine, Rioja being my favourite, but I won't say no to a glass of good Sangiovese :) or a cup of green tea - it's all about the company, right?

音乐、电影和书籍

I watch pretty much everything (just recently my gf has introduced me to the wonderful world of musicals), but if I had to choose my favourite movie, I'd go for Dances with Wolves. I mostly listen to Rock (Floyds, grunge, Creed, Alter Bridge, Shinedown, Skunk Anansie, RATM, SOAD, The National) but quite often I'm in mood for a good instrumental soundtrack. Books - mostly history, but I also love Joseph Conrad's novels and I've started reading Khaled Hosseini books. I enjoyed Shantaram very much.

Is Grand Canyon going to be a very cheesy choice? I don't care, I loved every second of the hike.
