Overview
About Me
Here’s a little about me: I’m from Azerbaijan and studied in Indonesia and Turkey—1.5 years in Jakarta, 4 years in Izmir. Now 31, living in Baku, working in Customer Relations at a private company. But life isn’t just about work! Fun fact: I’ve never been to Europe. I started exploring Southeast Asia at 18 and, since last year, I’ve been spending a month each year traveling to different countries in the region. Next stop: Latin America!
My Southeast Asia journey kicked off on August 30th. First stop was Malaysia (my third time), then Cambodia, Vietnam, and finally Indonesia—all done now!

🟢 Since I’m expecting to become a father around late August 2025, I’ve decided to put all my travel plans on hold until the summer of 2026. That said, I’d still love to grab a few beers with thoughtful travelers passing through Baku. For now, we’re not hosting guests at home, but who knows—things might change soon!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Creating cherished memories with people whose faces may one day fade from your mind. Building lifelong bonds with those you’ll never forget.
Interests
I used to have a cat named Robert Capa, but allergies forced us to part ways three years ago. I love tinkering with ant farms, dancing to techno, and losing track of time.
