About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to be able to live abroad for at least three years. Doing what exactly, I am not sure yet.
ABOUT ME
I'm currently doing a Research Master in Clinical and Psychosocial Epidemiology. It's a mouthful. To make it short, let's just say I study Psychology, although if you're interested I'm more than happy to explain to you what it is and what my research is about.
I am in general a very chatty-but-slightly-socially-awkward person and I talk about everything, although mostly small talks that simply lead everywhere and nowhere. Feel free to tell me to shut up if I talk too much.
I also have a serious case of sarcasm and saying stupid stuff that my brain hasn't fully processed. Thankfully, most of my friends find it hilarious.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My friend said one should try CouchSurfing at least once. So here I am :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My CouchSurfing experiences are very limited, I had surfed in four countries and all my hosts were delightful. CouchSurfing quite fits a very chatty person like me who gets rather awkward in approaching new people.
Interests
I run (slowly) and make stuffed animals in my spare time. So far I have yet to manage to do both at the same time, but fingers crossed!
I love food, because who doesn't? Being Indonesian, I'm very much into spicy food and weirdly competitive about it. I would be happy to cook some Indonesian food for my host/guest! I also bake every now and then and force other people to eat it. (No one has complained at all.)

Music, Movies, and Books
I only read light, fun readings as I have my share on heavy readings from college. Jennifer Weiner is my favourite!
I don't really watch movies as the idea of sitting in and watch something for two hour makes me feel guilty -- it just seems like a really long time. Ironically, I don't feel guilty at all binge watching series for a whole day.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will be more than glad to give my hosts a taste of (very haphazard) Indonesian food. The good thing about it is that most of the time people don't know what said food is supposed to look like, so I can swing by it ;)
